Instagram adds color and text options to link stickers. How to use it

Meta-owned photo and video sharing platform Instagram has decided to offer personalization to users sharing links and stories. The link sticker was launched in October to allow users to add a URL in stories and now Instagram has added a bit of personalization to it. Now they can add text and color to make their stories more visible, interactive and alive. There are different color combinations to choose from which makes the text and link more visible.

Facebook (Meta) recently worked on WhatsApp and Instagram to add more features. WhatsApp keeps rolling out new updates to stay active among users. Finally, it extended the disappearance feature to chat which allows users to select which messages to keep and discard the rest.

Likewise, Instagram is adding new built-in stickers and features that keep its users busy. Instagram is struggling with Chinese apps and YouTube after the arrival of the Reel feature. Instagram had said that new accounts would not get immediate access to the Link stickers. In addition, accounts that repeatedly propagate hate speech and disinformation will not be able to use them.

The social media app also provides regional functionality. Recently, it introduced the Take a Break feature in Canada, United States, United Kingdom and Australia to promote the mental and social well-being of users. It is also reported that the app is working to add an education center for parents which will arrive later next year.

Facebook, the parent company, now called Meta, has been in the news recently for the wrong reasons and to revamp its image, it has made changes to stay practical.
